Pan Celtic Ultra Series 2023 ~We Who Travel~

A Breton adventure saw this years race clan travel from the port of St Malo, to Rennes, Vannes, Ouistreham, before crossing the channel to Portsmouth, through Salisbury, Bristol and finally along the Offa's Dyke into Wales and finishing in Llandudno one last time.
Ultra cycling is about stories, created along the road and shared across communities, tales told about adversity, joy and wonder. We all share our varied experiences of life on the road, for some it has a profound effect, for others, lifelong lessons are learned. Trials and tribulations, upset and joy, pain and happiness, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

It's a year later, another Pan Celtic documentary video, I'm still depressed, full of anxiety, severely obese and unfit, with no friends, but I keep cycling to work throughout the year and going to places on the bike dreaming one day there will be a different race, in a different place where I'll be part of a group of extraordinary people doing some extraordinary cycling things together, for an amazing moment in time. Fingers crossed! The video will start in a couple minutes, I'm sure it will be amazing!

@KNURKonesur we have to keep watching for ourselves, no doubt on that. However you got a good point. Find a friend is having a treasure on Earth. Ciclying with a Friend makes more special the journey cause when we get old we can tell our story for many many times. you can go alone, but what if you record yourself and share it with us someday. !!! why not , give it a shoot !!! Another great film capturing what it’s all about. While doing that I dream of taking part in Pan Celtic one day and even if I won't for some reason it still gives me inspiration to go on my own small adventures and I'm sincerely grateful to you for this. I watched this with a lot of happiness and a tinge of sadness. But also with a lot of anticipation. I was at the start last year, all ready to go. Unfortunately my bike decided to stay on the tarmac at Schipol airport. I have a new plan for next year. Have a brand new bike waiting for me at the start line ;Ø) This is a really impressive film and should inspire anyone to have a go at the Pan Celtic. I am really looking forward to July.

I like the Pan Celtic Videos. I look forward to them, and I find the whole thing really inspiring. But, I don't understand the 'who cares about road racing & TDF' bit in the first two minutes? Let's not take anything away from the TDF athlete's who cycle 3000+km!
