Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Cooriander powder-1/2 tsp
Bay leaves- 2
Cinnmon- 1inch
Black cardamon- 1
Dry red chilli- 1 to 2
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Coking oil- 4 tbsp

Mam vese main vegetarian hu but mere husband nonvegetarin hai to maine unke liye ye egg wali sabzi parso banai thi m shocked jab vo samjh hi nahi paye ki ye paneer nahi egg hai.maine khai to nahi but sabzi ka dekhne me bilkul paneer jaisi thi.or mere husband to tarif karte thak nahi rahe the unhone kaha iska swad paneer se bhi accha hai.thanks mam.

I learned this recipe from my mother years back. She used to add boiled potatoes, ginger paste, green chillies, chopped onions with the eggs. It tastes really well. 👍🏻 She named it egg croquets 😍
