Tomato - 2
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 12
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Black cardamon -1
Bay leave -1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Ghee -1 tbsp
Cooking oil -1/4 cup
salt to taste
