I find if you put herbs on before you sear it, they'll burn and will impart an acrid taste. Especially dry herbs. I would add them after you sear or make an herb butter baste. Other than that, it looks great.

@mikereidy42624 жыл бұрын
What temp for the stove top portion?
@sparkymikey254 жыл бұрын
That doesnt matter brother. That part is just about searing the outside so just do it until it looks good, a little crispy since the oven part is just for the internal temperature.

I love it how american always go "it doesn't taste much". I've never been to 'merica, but is the quality of your meats that bad, that you need a rub for it. The meat i get in my home country has always a taste. If i cook a pork tenderloin i use only salt, pepper and at most garlic. I tryed using an rub on a tenderloin or on ribs. It masks the natural flavor so much, you could use any meat, because you taste 90% rub and 10% meat.

It’s not pronounced the way it’s spelled, and it drives me crazy when people do it. This isn’t a new word to any of us. It’s pronounced I-ERN not I-RON. Sorry, I know people find comments like this annoying, but what’s even more annoying is hearing someone purposely mispronounce a word with a long and well known specific pronunciation. It grates on my last nerve 😩 Just came looking for some pork tenderloin recipe ideas but can’t get past this degree of distracting aggravation 😂
