This is a good video because you gave specific details about what was required to rent an apartment. Most people show apartments but they don’t tell you what goes into renting it. I’m in France and in France you need a French guarantor who guarantees to pay your rent if you don’t pay. You need to show your taxes, pay stubs, bank statement, and you must earn three times the rent. Plus there is a shortage of housing all over Europe, Germany, Amsterdam, and France and some popular places in Spain. If you don’t purchase a property, you’re going to live in an Airbnb until you find something which could be a year or more.

They usually don’t make you put the utility bills under your name, it’s complicated so you just pay the receipt that has your address but it’s usually under an old tenant’s name. Check out the Rivage Building further down balboa Ave. You can go much lower than $1500, right under a thousand if you’re lucky, but 11 or 12hundred no doubt.

a very nice place to live is costa del este or santa maria, but if you wanna be more in the culture and city, el cangrejo, paitilla or avenida balboa are ok, as well albrook, clayton are amazing place to live

Hi there! Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. There are actually A LOT of seniors that are active living in the city. The Marabella and El Cangreo areas. Coronado is about 2hrs away, a lot slower & cheaper...the community out there is more seniors for sure. I hope that helps.

Drop the walking, talking, and gym. Stick to what’s the name of the neighborhood, building name, how much, any security deposit, and what else is needed. Having them keep utilities in their name was great. Way too much distraction. Focus on several areas please.
