I would expect that only money laundry related cases would be prosecuted. I wished DW covered the legality of offshore activity a bit more in this case, because as they mentioned in the end, not all offshore activity is illegal and I for one do not know clearly where this line is drawn.

A classic "Dog and pony show". The massive delay is your first clue. Does anyone believe any of the guilty will face any consequences ? At best they MIGHT pay a fine that will be nothing more than a negligible "cost of doing corrupt business" for them and keep doing the same thing. If the banks are fined (again) they'll just pass the cost on to the customers. 🇺🇲❤️🇺🇦
