Great work out! I have followed many boxing channels and each can be different on hooks. If you are further out always with a knuckles, closer in with horizontal knuckles have you any thoughts on this?

Yeah this is probably my favorite warm-up exercise! In regards to hooks, I typically like to keep my palm facing me for safety... it ensures that 4 knuckles will hit at longer ranges. However, turning the palm over at close range will add a lot of power from the shoulder and lat muscles. It's a lot safer to use if you have a boxing glove and hand wraps! Thanks for your comment.
