Thank you Roger. I try to keep it as simple as possible in this course. A lot of Panantukan series out there get very complicated and flashy. I only show what I believe will work under real pressure! All the best!

You should do Defence Lab. Very good stuff, very similar. Even more explosive. Very nice.
@MartialMasculine4 жыл бұрын
From what I've seen, much of Defense Lab is taken from Panantukan, JKD, and Silat. It's pretty cool, however I dislike the commercial nature of the program. Thanks for your comment!
@Symbrio4 жыл бұрын
@@MartialMasculine yes, it sometimes looks a little bit too commercial, but it's very nice, and there's a lot of stuff you can combine with MMA program. Of course sparring is limited since a lot of moves are just too damaging to be used in full resistance training.

I have a couple of friends who are experienced in it. Also one who is an instructor in Bangkok. I'll definitely ask them more about it! Thank you.

@@MartialMasculine I find your martial arts knowledge and skills very fluent and mature, you seem to be a very good, experienced fighter. Also very broad knowledge. And above all, I like the fact you have your mind open and don't block your brain for new stuff. Very good quality KZbin channel!! 👌👌👍👍

Great stuff, do you cover a lot of these sorts of pad drills in the online course?
@MartialMasculine4 жыл бұрын
The online course has a few more of these drills, which focus on entering into combinations and also crashing and covering to counter an overhand strike. A lot of the other Panantukan series out there really focus on quantity; however, in my course I only focus on what I believe will work under pressure. Thanks for watching!

is it true that panantukan in its core is western boxing but with added elements to it to make it more dangerous? if so do you need to be trained at western boxing before you start learning panantukan?
@MartialMasculine Жыл бұрын
Nobody knows the truth to be honest. I believe it is Kali empty hands and Silat at its core with the addition of western boxing. No, you don't need to be trained in western boxing before you learn Panantukan. I started with Panantukan as my base striking art and my striking is decent.
