Panasonic ER1611 battery replacement [no audio].

Bought my ER 1610 ten years ago. The batteries died four years ago. But, as it is possible to run the clipper connected to the wall it was possible to use it anyway. And then I discovered your video. I ordered two batteries and now the clipper runs smoothly again. MANY THANKS!

Vidéo parfaite. Tout est bien expliqué. Il faut rester calme et méthodique :keep cool! Bien classer les pièces dans l'ordre de démontage pour pouvoir remonter sans problème. quelque difficultés pour enlever le premier cache de la roulette qui est collé et qui ne comporte pas d'encoche pour le déclipser. Remonter les carters n'est pas facile pour les non habitués à bricoler comme moi, mais avec de la patience, de la réflexion , de la douceur et la vidéo, on y arrive. J'ai acheté les piles sur internet. la réparation m'est donc revenu à 10€ alors que le réparateur me proposait un devis à 90€. Merci pour la vidéo. bon courage aux bricoleurs!

Bonjour j'essaye de faire cette réparation mais je n'arrive pas à retirer la partie noire derrière laquelle se trouve les vis. y a t il une astuce pour retirer cette partie ovale ? j'ai l'impression qu'elle ne s'enlève pas sur mon rasoir

@@danielpaolucci1218 La pastille noire est collée sur la partie argentée. Il faut y aller un peu en force, mais aussi avec délicatesse ce qui est légèrement contradictoire... J'ai essayé avec plusieurs outils à lame fine et robuste : tournevis, couteau, cutter, ... Finalement j'y suis arrivé avec une lame de ciseau. Faites attention à vos doigts car la lame peut glisser et vous blesser. Une fois qu'on est arrivé à décoller la pastille noire un petit peu, on peut glisser la lame entre le cache noir et la partie argentée, ensuite c'est un jeu d'enfant pour la décoller. Pour le remontage, le cache ne collait plus, alors j'ai rajouté un point de colle pour le refixer. J'ai même utilisé un élastique pour maintenir l'ensemble le temps du séchage de la colle. Pour vous rassurer, je ne suis pas un grand bricoleur, comme quoi tout le monde peut y arriver! et voilà.

Ich habe nun bei ER1611 nun 2x Panasonic Eneloop mind. 1900mA - 2100x Ladezyklen Bis auf den zu späten Tip für geklebte Abdeckung und das die silberne Schale von Vorne "aufzuschieben" gehört - perfekt - alles geklappt.

This how-to doesn't really show this, but there may be a better way to remove the black cap on the dial cover without wrecking it: Just apply some heat with a hairdryer or mild heat from a heat gun to soften up the adhesive under the cap. The video makes it seem like the cap was friction fit, but it takes quite some effort to pry it loose because there's an adhesive used between the cap and silver dial cover. It leaves you with an ugly bit of wrecked plastic in the end, which might not be necessary.

Can someone explain to me why it has so many computer parts? All that is needed seems to be an on and off swich. The restis the motor and then purely mechanic. So what does it all do? Is there something more complex behind getting power to an electric motor? My ER 1611 wont turn off anymore so the swich part seems broken and i am wondering why they made it so complicated.

first battery replace part is WER1511L2508, not ( WER160L2504) Second thing video 05:30 and ......... you must first attach PCB .at housing (A) part with button and together put in the housing( B ) more quickly .....

SPLICE Ltd if believe Service manual ER-1611 correct is WER1511L2508 ( 1100 mAh ) it's more expensive .... Battery's WER160L2504 for types ER160 & 1610 cheaper and lower mAh that's all
