They really are 30x2 (each frame is doubled in-camera to get fake 60fps). It is smooth on playback but you lack the definition of true 60fps progressive. Sorry for the confusion.

What camera do you own? KZbin accepts a variety of video formats so I don't think you will have any problems uploading your videos. I upload mine raw in MTS and also edited in MP4.
