Pancake Mix | A time saver

I'm sharing my pancake mix with you today.
Ingredients are:
4 cups self raising flour (you can use plain flour too)
1 tsp baking powder (4 tsps if using plain flour)
3/4 cup sugar or to taste
Spices to taste - nutmeg, cinnamon, mixed spice
1/4 tsp salt
