This track Spit Of You is my favourite from last year. The actor playing Sam's father is Stephen Graham, one of our best . Hi from England. !!.

Watched him and his brother Liam play pubs and now seeing them play St James Park this year. The atmosphere’s going to be unreal 👌🏼.

For what i see on Wikipedia, Sam Fender only scores two songs on the USA charts. Hypersonic Missiles on Alternative Rock Charts & Seven Going Under doing well on the USA Charts. Perhaps most USA radio stations overlooked great music from overseas artists, few from UK. Sam Fender have such a great voice & few great songs. Hypersonic Missiles first song i heard from him, one of my Favorites from him. That sound & Aye, these songs i like. If you haven't heard these songs that became his singles, check them out!

White Privilege and Aye are probably the two best pieces of social commentary since the days of Green Day and the likes

Bryson, Sam was an actor before he became a singer, he is very honest and to the point in his life and music, lots of people think London when they think the UK, but Sam comes from South Shields which is as we say "Up North" there is a lot of poverty and hardship, Sam didn't have the easiest beginnings in life, he is also very political, fighting for equality and the less fortunate, by the way, it is the Brit Awards tomorrow 8th Feb, Sam has nominations in the same categories as Tom Grennan so I'm torn 🥰

Mate, he's from North Shields. Not being petty. But as a Geordie born in Newcastle, confusing the two is like calling a Scot "English". Sorry but we really are that proud of the different parts of "The Toon" we are born in... 😊

@@ericblair9103 Really sorry Eric, it was brain fog, I know where he comes from and meant to put that, I am from Wolverhampton and we are really insulted when people say we are from Birmingham 🤗

@@W0rdsandMus1c No bother, pet. I actually did my Modern Languages Degree at Wolverhampton Poly (as it was called then). So I fully understand the whole Brummie/Wolverhampton/Sandwell/Dudley/etc. difference. :)
