Add a teaspoon of baking soda to 250g of yogurt, stir and leave to the side for 10 minutes. 2 large eggs (or 3 small ones), up to 350g of flour, 350-400ml of milk. Start with the eggs, then a bit of flour, then keep switching between liquids and flour until it's all in and homogeneous. I never sieve the flour unless it seems to have humid lumps, and I've gotten better at mixing it with the whisk than with a mixer.
