Hello everyone!
I offer you fluffy and very delicious apple pancakes with kefir. So, for pancakes we will need the following ingredients:
500 ml kefir (any fat content)
1 egg
1.5 tablespoons sugar
0.5 teaspoon salt
450 g flour
0.5 teaspoon baking soda
vanilla sugar (10 g)
2 apples
butter for frying
Pour kefir into a deep bowl. The kefir should be warm or at least room temperature. Add the room temperature egg, sugar, vanilla sugar (10 g), salt to the kefir, and mix. Gradually add the flour and mix thoroughly. The dough should be thick. Cut the apples into small pieces and add them to the dough. Mix 0.5 teaspoon baking soda with 1 teaspoon flour and add to the finished dough. Mix, and the dough is ready. Now leave the dough alone and do not mix it anymore! You can start baking pancakes right away. Carefully scoop up a tablespoon of dough and place it in well-heated vegetable oil. Reduce the heat and fry the pancakes over low heat until they are well cooked inside, on both sides until golden brown. These are the beautiful and fluffy pancakes with apples we have.
