Panceta, this is a recipe for lovers of good bacon!
Needed:
about 1 kg of bacon
1.5 kg of salt
pepper
Keep 1KG of fresh bacon and 1.5KG of salt for 14 hours like I did in the video. After that, wash well and dry, sprinkle with pepper and maybe ground paprika. You can also mix pepper and paprika. Wrap in a package and keep in the refrigerator or somewhere cool. Until it loses 30-25% of its weight, then it is ready and can be eaten. I kept it in the refrigerator for 17 days and from 1080g it came to 800g Greetings from Serbia!
