ஐயா, நான் 24.02.2021 CMDA Plan Approval வாங்கிவிட்டேன். 24.05.2022 அன்று வீடு கட்ட தொடங்கி விட்டேன். வீடு கட்டுவதற்கு முன்பு பஞ்சாயத்து தலைவரிடம் கையொப்பம் பெற வேண்டும். ஆனால் வீடு கட்டுவதற்கு முன்பு உள்ளுர் பஞ்சாயத்து தலைவர் அவர்களிடம் CMDA Plan Approval-லில் கையொப்பம் பெறவில்லை. தாமதமாகவே இந்த தவற்றை உணர்ந்தேன். இப்போது நான் என்ன செய்ய? இதற்கு Penalty கட்ட வேண்டுமா?

Good explanation, M'm Please clarify. I am planning to purchase a Plot from a Layout for which Technical Approval is given by DTCP. All the required Dhanam is given to Panchayat under Registered Dhanam Document. Lay out gas DTCP Approval Number also, but the same Approval Number is given to other Layout also. Moreover, the Survey Number of the Layout is shown as UNAPPROVED in the Government Guideline Value Chart. The Promoter says that the Layout is. Approved by DTCP. DTCP letter with Technical Approval mention that Final APPROVAL is to be given after receiving the Dhanam in favour of Panchayat which is done BUT THERE IS NO FINAL APPROVAL LETTER FROM THE PANCHAYAT. Now, is the Layout DTCP APPROVED OR NOT? The Promoter says that the Layout is APPROVED by DTCP and it's not UPDATED IN RECORDS. IS IT POSSIBLE THA THE SAME APPROVAL NUMBER IS GIVEN TO 2 LAOUTS?
