Pancit Palabok with Meaty Sauce | Pancit Luglug | Easy Recipe

Pancit Palabok or Luglug is a hearty filipino noodle dish that is flavorful and saucy! This recipe is made easy by using simpler ingredients without sacrificing the flavors at all.‼️
Meaty Palabok Sauce
Good for 1kg to 1.5kg bihon noodles
Sauce Recipe:
1kg ground pork or beef
2880g broth or water
250g patis
4pcs. knorr shrimp cubes
110g cooking oil
40g sugar
20g vetsin
50g minced garlic
100g minced onion
50g tinapa flakes
50g atsuete seeds
2tsp ground black pepper
250g all purpose flour dilluted at 960g water
500g boiled bihon noodles cook the noodles according to the package.
Toppings:
adobong pusit/fried calamares
Hard boiled egg
Crushed Chicharon
lechon kawali
chopped onion leeks
toasted garlic
fried tinapa flakes
boiled hipon
kamias
calamansi
