@@mmabuelmagd Panda population was at endangered level back not even years ago, and just starting slowly back to being classified as vulnerable level, everything thanks to those breeding programs and captivation, and actually many of them are being released if they already pass the conditions (being fully grown, fully healthy, and being trained to adapt on wilderness), also noted that poachers are everywhere to hunt them down and panda is one of the animals with the most difficult when it comes to breeding, since the chance of the female mating is only a few days in a year, that's why unless they are not still in threatened level, it's not always safe to let them all stay in the wild. Besides, the captive are where most of them are being held are actually really big, those cages are just place for them to sleep or maybe to hold them for a moment when their place is being cleaned or to feed them.

No, lol. You ever try to animate one of these in a cartoon? I ended up drawing the arms white with black paws instead because completely black arms blend too much with the upper body. Also most toy manufacturers (plastic toys and plushies) give them black tails, they're actually supposed to be white. I made some plushies myself (currently for sale) with white arms and black paws, same as the animation. You can make'em as you see fit.
