@no te importa Jimbe was stronger than they were at that point. He's been a beast in the New world for a while. He fought WB's 2nd Commander for 5 days (Ace). He blocked her Napoleon with his Haki as well. He probably used Ryuo when he sent her flying with Vagabond drill. You can't disregard what he did after she not only blocked Luffy and Sanji so easily combined, she also took a Gear 4th Leo Bazooka and said it was like nothing. Jimbe is a beast that's why Oda waited so long to let him join.

@Am Shron you don't think a Yonko that has been dominating the New world for Decades doesn't have Ryuo stronger than a super rookie? Even if he used it, she said the attack was like nothing. If he applied it and multiplied the power of his attack, it wouldn't be strong enough to do anything seriously (not at that point anyway). She could counter it with her own Ryuo. Even when he hit Kaido, Kaido called him weak as hell. We gotta see what lvl his ryuo is at cause even his CoO isn't on Katakuri's level yet (he has to close his eyes and focus to use it, where as Kata can just focus while still keeping his eyes on the opponent). Luffy will get there, but it's way too huge of a gap too just give him the power to defeat a Yonko that quickly (training 2 weeks in Wano).

@Am Shron I do read manga, but idk about using unlimited gear 4th. He's forcing all of his haki out it's too taxing. After he obtained Ryuo and trained, I think he surpassed Katakuri for good. He's not on Yonko level yet tho. The gap they showed us twice was too massive. Remember in the prison, he tried to block Big Mom and she was way too powerful for him. That was recently so there's still a considerable gap between him and Yonko strength. His speed is crazy fast, but don't forget that Kaido didn't even give him a chance to react when he hit him with Divine Thunder (Manga). His speed outclassed Luffy's Boundman speed. So that's both power and Haki. Don't forget that they both one shot him with ease so his legendary endurance is dwarfed by theirs (Kaido tanking Gear 4th). 2 weeks of training (not even cause Big Mom came when he was almost done with his training), isn't enough to close that huge of a gap. If he can find a way to land with Ryuo I think he can do a little damage, but not enough to defeat one. Even though he was holding back, you should look at the fight with Ulti and Page one as a reference. They took no real damage from Luffy's gear 3rd. Kaido is dimensions above them two. It's going to take a combined effort to beat them. Maybe the minks in Sulong, plus the scabbards fighting him will tire him enough for Luffy to take him 1v1.
