So re the ‘Quartzsite Crud’: from the symptoms you mentioned, it’s probably Norovirus. And I just saw online there is a major outbreak happening in New Mexico. It’s very contagious and spreads quickly. Happy New Year.

You're taking good care of your injury, just don't forget about it and do something too soon and injure it again. Wish I had Jimmy here to cut our little Stella's nails, she is a real pill about getting them done and we have to take her to the vet and it's quite expensive.
