This dim sum is made from pandan and rice flour. It's sweet and slightly sour flavor with nice pandan aroma. It's a vegan recipe and also gluten-free. (Original Flavor Bai Tang Gao 白糖糕 • 白糖糕 (酵母版 无泡打粉 纯素) )
Ingredients 材料:
30 g (1/4 cup) rice flour 粘米粉/在来米粉
80 g (1/3 cup) sugar 白糖
120 ml (1/2 cup) water 水
240 ml (1 cup) pandan juice 班兰汁
1 tsp (3g) instant yeast 速发酵母
120 g (1 cup) rice flour 粘米粉/在来米粉
Notes:
Adjust the amount of sugar according to your own taste
60 g : low sugar
80 g : moderate, just nice
100 g : very sweet
