Yes, you are absolutely correct@ Once settled, the remaining liquid is super green and the aroma is amazing.

This grows like crazy in Florida with the humidity. It is hard to find the plant. But if you have an Asian grocery store in your area, they have it in the freezer section. I think you have MD oriental in Florida.

Hi can I check if I want to substitute processed pandan extract to home made pandan juice, what is the ratio? For instance 1 tsp of processed pandan extract to 3 tsp of pandan juice? Because I noticed aroma is there but my pandan cookies still look yellow nothing close to pale green so am wondering how to get the colour as in how much of pandan juice should I replace? TIA!

Hello Alicia. Thanks for watching the video. If you are using Pandan Extract from the store, you don't need much. 1 tsp for this recipe should suffice sweetie.

No it doesn’t taste like anything really. I use very concentrated home made panda extract for my coconut waffles and you don’t taste it at all. You just get a beautiful aroma. It’s very nice. Hope you try it! And the green chlorophyll is very healthy too!
