Could I get some suggestions on what to have with these noodles as a fussy eater that can't handle spice at all? Just a little something for lunch, thanks
@TastyLittleDumpling3 күн бұрын
How about a little soy sauce and bit a sugar and maybe even sesame seed. Teriyaki style. I use leftover noodles and put them in soup. I have used leftover noodles and make like stir fry as well with a sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce and some sugar. The regular Vietnamese fish sauce is always good which is a combination of fish sauce, lime equal parts and 3 parts water. Hope that helps.

How does the reverse side look like? Is this a reversible pattern please? Is the reverse side also nice? Can this pattern be used for making a scarf?
@TastyLittleDumpling7 күн бұрын
Actually the reverse side is very pretty too! It’s has slightly more textured since you have the purl side on the other side which has more texture than the knit side. Beautiful as a scarf for sure! It’s is nice and light in texture and it’s falls very nicely as well. I would suggest not using 100% cotton but a mixture with linen so it falls really nicely! Have fun! Thanks for tuning in!

How many sutures must i cast on to make an adult scarve for a lady please
@TastyLittleDumpling12 күн бұрын
For adult scarf I usually aim for 8-10 inches finished width. So the number of cast on depends on how thick your yarn is. Do you have a gauge estimator on the tag of your yarn. That would give you a good idea of how many stitches you need to cast on for 10 cm. Note most tag indicate stitches in CM and not inches.

what happens if we use less sugar?
@TastyLittleDumpling12 күн бұрын
You can absolutely use less sugar. But this is not super sweet to start out with so don’t reduce by too much. Or use substitute like monk fruit or stevia but it won’t taste quite as good.

To say Thank You So Much, just Doesn't seem to convey my Sincere Appreciation. I'm a newish self taught knitter, & it's Wonderful that youTake the Time to show, & Explain each step, as well as give the written Explanation of the process. This seemed to be a hard process but You make it look easy, & make me Confident that I can do it 💖 oh, I didn't mention that on top of being a new self taught knitter, I'm also Left Handed 😃 so I have to turn it all about to make it work 😃😉 I'm so glad I found your site, Thank you again, More Than You Know 🥰

Awww that was so sweet of you to take the time to leave this comment. Thank YOU and you welcome my love! You made my day. Being a lefty is hard for knitting. I wonder if left handed knitters do better with English knitting style versus continental? What are your thoughts on that? 😘❤️
@diannwilliamson4709Ай бұрын
@@TastyLittleDumpling Thank you again, I Appreciate your kind words. I have found, for me, it's easier to go with the English Styles. I have to sort of reverse what I see/read & then reverse it & try to make it come out looking... Similar to what is written, or shown. You make the whole process So Much Easier. By going slow, & showing what & how to do, say the Honey Come Stitch... I'm confident I will be able to fallow your instructions & have a finnished product that looks decent enough to not be embarrased by 😃😉 Thank you again, I can't wait to watch, & learn more from you with your wonderful instruction videos 😃💖

Is this like feather and fan? I tried to knit that pattern but my work grew in width, adding more stitches. Dont know why. Will that happen with ripple pattern? Soooo frustrating!!! Thanx
@TastyLittleDumpling2 ай бұрын
Very similar to feather stitch. Now most people do K2tog only once. But if you look at the pattern on the description, you k2tog three times and you do that twice. You decrease 3 and then on trade 6 with 6 Yarn Overs and then decrease 3 again. So it even itself out when all is done right. I hope you try it again!

Mung beans have green shells right? Can i use the regular mung beans with the green shell, or using the split type offer a different flavor?
@TastyLittleDumpling2 ай бұрын
Hello. Yes Mung Beans are green. I have never used them instead of the yellow version. I think it will be very different in texture due to the skin. And the skin comes on my off of you soak it for a while. But once soak, the bean itself is very soft. Not sure if that will be to your liking 🤔

I love the content, but really find the ads about poop and toilet bowl cleaner to be both disruptive and disturbing. Further more the ads are long and when I attempt to skip ads, the video starts all over again or won't start at all, let alone resume. If Google or the website are paying you for these ads, please consider you are being ripped off by the platform or access provider. I used to work for media and we always pasted up content or programmed video, so ads were placed at a mid break or end and did not interfere in any way with the feature or news story. We also only placed advertisers with compatible content. Personally, I find poop and toilet bowl cleaner paired with a great herb shiso to flavor foods to be a disgustingly poor partnership. Perhaps soba noodles or Asian food kits or soups, mail order nursery plants and seeds might be a better match.
