If I understoon correctly Hemispheres can only be played by 2 players? But individual hotzone can be played with more than 2?

We love Pandemic. We have the Europe board. However we’re finding it impossible to win with 4 players. We either run out of player cards or reach the maximum outbreak marker before making the three cures. It is not the case when playing with 2 or 3 players and we manage to win most of the times. I am curious to know if we’re the only ones facing this issue or is there something inherently flawed with the game?

I actually had the opposite experience. We thought that with four players there are way more opportunities to exchange cards and the players can be more spread out throughout the map, treating diseases in their respective areas. This requires less travel so more actions are open to actually remove stones

An year later... 😅 I've played the original Pandemic, and I noticed that playing with 2 characters is easier than with 3 or more.

Does the Virologist's ability allow her to remove a cube from anywhere on the board, not just the city she's in? And if so, can she remove a cube from the other board in Hemispheres?

I do my best to answer all rules questions on the games I cover, but I avoid individual card effects, as that's a level of detail beyond what I can manage across all the videos I do. I'd suggest checking the rules forum for the game on BoardGameGeek or the publishers website. I hope you can find your answer there - have fun playing!

Awesome channel, I have watched a few of your videos, and they have made it super easy to teach my friends to play the games l like. I have this new game call "Grimslingers", and the instructions are confusing to follow and can't find any helpful tutorials on how to play.
