INGREDIENTS:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cup bread flour
2 ½ teaspoons dry active yeast
½ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cup warm whole milk
4 tablespoon butter
2 whole eggs
breacrumbs, as need for coating
