Great video. I’ve haven’t worn my pandora bracelets for about 3 years because they had tarnished. I did not boil my jewelry. I poured the hot water over the jewelry in the dawn soap. Without scrubbing every piece came out shiny and sparkly including my Diamond ring. Thank for sharing.

You’re right, you can store em in a sealed zip lock bag (that’s how they get shipped to the store) as long as you clean it before and you put it somewhere away from light too.

For the first time, I've had some of my items tarnish. 😢 My Pandora SA told me to bring it in to Pandora, but I did and one of charms didn't come all the way clean. (In her defense, she was absent that day) Anyway, I love Dawn Dish Detergent! I use it for stains in clothes, so I don't know why I didn't think of using it for my Pandora. thanks for sharing! Yeah keep them covered to keep them from tarnishing . Try also scrubbing with baking soda between the process of hot water and soap as well to get better results than mines. TFW

I had my bracelet on a holder and I went to put in on the other day (keep in mind I rarely wear it) and it smelled . So I agree they tarnish quicker when there not in a actual jewelry box

You can rinse by taking a sieve and putting all of them inside and keep under a jet of running water. Also you can add to washing water a touch of surgical spirit and eventually a spoon of vinegar.

@@hizwifey-vu1ud I didn’t have the receipt but since I purchase most of my charms from them they had it in the system. I asked to speak to a a manager and she was nice enough to help me. If the store didn’t take responsibility of what they did I will email corporate, hopefully they are able to replace some of them since some they might not have anymore ( but they can replace it with something else ). Hi , I have used this method for all my jewelry including my wedding ring and band. But don’t leave your stone in the hot water for too long to a ping any cracking. I have been doing mines for 8 years and no issues.

I just did this and one of my limited edition charms got BURNT in the boiling water =( I would highly recommend turning the heat off after the water comes to a boil. Hot water also works fine for this method. I also added baking soda to this method, and it worked amazingly for the rest of my charms.

@@senseisaiyan905 the only way the charms will get damage is if you leave the charms in the pot and there is no water in there or left there for a long period of time. When I’m cleaning mines I leave the pot on but I don’t leave it long or walk away.

I didn’t take mine off before washing dishes.. and of course I added a lil bleach to the water.. my rings turned dark. I used this method.. the faux diamonds are sparkly.. but the bands are still dark and dull.. I’ll have to take them back to Pandora again I guess. I tried the toothpaste method too and no luck 😢

Try getting the water really hot add the dawn soap. Before adding the jewelry to it do a paste with baking soda and water and with a Toothbrush just scrub, rinse and then add to soap water . Let me know how it works

I used baking soda recently and that worked nicely too. Again every one clean their jewelry differently, I just showed what worked and been working for me for years with no issues. I never had any loose or missing rhinestone is any of my pieces from cleaning. Thanks for watching

I use that method for quick clean on pieces that are plain solid no details, the toothpaste used to stay in smaller areas of the charms even after brushing it off real good.
