Love the music, just wondering why at some point there is so much (of what sounds like) audio compression. Most obvious is from 13:30 to 13:40, all the instruments combined with the risers and drums got really compressed in the mix. Compare that to 7:23 to 7:26 and 5:18 to 5:27, similar instrumentation with intense rise effects and large drums, yet it doesn't sound compressed. Just giving my constructive opinion criticism, but it's not too much of a bother. Cheers! :)

Dunno about your mix tape, but there's something really enthralling about a well played violin. Those soaring notes hit hard, you're right. Also, when I think about it, I love that where a lot of 'epic' tracks tend to just go with more powerful/dominating notes, violin led pieces tend to focus around the melodic parts more. The series of notes rather than the 'bwaaaa's and drum beats.
