Wow chef whatever u said about chettiar community is absolutely right. U not only know about dishes u really had a deep knowledge about people. U won't believe their trading skills made them very rich even equal to Rajas. They had that much skills and wealth. Their trading brain none can beat. If u have time pls visit Karaikudi a town in tamilnadu native of chettiar community I promise u will be stunned seeing their homes and their lifestyle.

Hi chef.....it's great to see u cooling south Indian....using the same base and replacing the paneer by chicken or mutton...v can make awesome chicken chettinad curry or mutton chettinad curry....both goes well with idly, dosa, paratha,poori and plain rice.....
