Paneer Kofta Curry | 1दम नर्म मुलायम कोफ्ते मुंह में घुल जाने वाले दिलाएंगे आपको दावतों की याद
Palak kofta curry Ingredients:
Kofta for curry
1 Cup grated paneer
1 Cup Grated paneer Boiled potato
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp green chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp Ajwain Seeds
1 Tsp dry Fenugreek leaves
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tsp coriander Powder, Red Chilli powder,
turmeric powder,
chaat Masala powder,
garam masala,
Roasted Cumin Powder
Salt as per taste
Around 1 Cup besan
2 Tbsp oil
Make dough and fry as explained in video
Curry Making
3 Tsp Mustard oil
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Teaspoon Khada Masala
Bay leaves
Dry red chilies
1 Cup grated onions
Pinch of Hing
1 Tsp salt as per taste
1 Tbsp red chilli paste
1 Tsp green chilli Paste
1 Tsp ginger paste
2 grated Tomato
Half cup tomato puree
2 Tbsp coriander Powder
Red Chilli powder powder, chaat Masala, cumin seeds powder, garam masala, dry ginger powder
Dry Fenugreek leaves
2 Tbsp kaju /cashew and melon seed paste
11/2 Cup Palak spinach puree
1 Tbsp lemon juice
