Paneer Tikka Masala Gravy, Dhaba Style Paneer Tikka Cooked in Spicy Gravy,
Ingredients
Paneer - 250 grams
Curd - 2 tbsp
Chickpea flour (बेसन) - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Tomatoes - 3 (300 grams)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Green coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Asafoetida - ½ pinch
Garam masala - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Sugar - ½ tsp (optional)

Your recipe turned out really well. I just made one difference while making gravy, roughly chopped onion, tomato, ginger and garlic and cooked them 80% and then grinded them into paste. Thank you for your recipe 💜

Mam it's delicious and one extra thing I did that after frying it on the pan I roasted it directly on gas flame and it was tasting like made in restaurant . Thank you mam for this recipe
