⬇️English recipe follows ⬇️⬇️ 洋蔥豬扒: 材料: 豬水腱1隻 洋蔥1個 蒜頭幾粒 調味料: 喼汁 雞汁 糖 處理: 1. 水腱清洗乾淨,擎乾水。 2. 切蒜片。 3. 洋蔥去皮,洗淨,切大片,分開一片片。 4. 廚紙索乾水腱。 5. 水腱切開一片片薄片。 6. 水腱調味: a. 生粉1茶匙 b. 油1茶匙 c. 雞汁1湯匙 攪勻。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊中燒熱1湯匙油。 2. 豬扒一件件分散放好在鑊中,中慢火繼續煎。 3. 豬扒煎了2分鐘,反轉另一邊繼續煎。 4. 煎了2分鐘,推豬扒向鑊邊,繼續煎。 5. 放蒜片及洋蔥,煎至洋蔥散開,轉慢火。 6. 加入1湯匙雞汁。 7. 轉大火,加入2至3湯匙喼汁,炒勻。 8. 加入1/2茶匙糖,炒勻,上碟。 Panfried pork chop with onion: Ingredients: Pork shank 1 No. Onion 1 No. Garlics few cubes Seasoning: Worcestershire sauce Chicken sauce Sugar Preparation: 1. Rinse pork shank thoroughly. Hang dry. 2. Cut garlics into slices. 3. Peel and rinse onion. Cut into big slices and separate it slice by slice. 4. Dry pork shank with kitchen towel. 5. Cut pork shank into thin slices. 6. Season the pork: a. Tapioca starch 1 tsp b. Oil 1 tsp c. Chicken sauce 1 tbsp Mix well. Steps: 1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at high flame in wok. 2. Put pork in wok one by one. Turn to medium ~low flame and continue frying. 3. Pork chop has been fried for 2 minutes, flip over and continue frying. 4. Push pork chop to edge of wok and continue frying after frying for 2 minutes.. 5. Put garlic slices and onion. Continue frying until onion is separated slice by slice. Then turn to low flame. 6.
