I disagree that the darkness in the first level didn't add anything, it added a lot of tension. By making the challenges not too difficult or unfair, but also making you nervous about what's coming up, it balances each other out to make a fun level that would have been weaker without both elements.

They should make Mario Maker 3 the best one and make it ULTIMATE MARIO MAKER 3 and just throw in the kitchen sink and add custom enemy design and obstacle making abilities to it in an easier way than Lunar Magic does. That's not going to happen. They could make a Super World Section of the game better with bigger overworld and adding P Switch Palace making abilities in Mario Maker 3.
