This is a video of my personal experience and how I overcame it without medication. If you are struggling with, either of these, watch this video, there just might be something that you can apply to your life or you can completely overcome it altogether, like I did.
God comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

Just wanted to let you know your video inspired me so much that I just got off zoloft. I’ve been doing what you say here in this video and I am feeling so much better. My anxiety is not completely gone yet, but it’s very weak now, just a flicker here and there. I am confident with time, it will all be a thing of the past! I come here to watch this whenever I need inspiration. ❤️

Cheers for the Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Lammywalness Erase Depression Guide (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for beating depression fast without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate after a lifetime of fighting got excellent success with it.

Its such a beautiful and noble thing you are doing by sharing your knowledge, time, and experiences in order to lend a helping hand to others in need. I had severe anxiety and panic for about three years on and off. I had never had it before and don’t have it anymore. Thank you for doing what you’re doing to help people who are dealing with this problem.

Thank you for sharing your story. I also suffer from anxiety/panic attacks and the 'flooding' technique really does help. It's scary and counter intuitive, but if you sit with the panic and let it flood over you, it does get easier to deal with. I get get way fewer attacks now. Hopefully, one day, with patience, I will get rid of them completely. For other people suffering, do check if you're not short on magnesium and B6. Stress/unresolved emotion/mourning EATS through Magnesium and vitamin B. This screws with your GABA receptors/levels, which can make you go bananas too. Meditation, exercise, and chewing gum helps too.

Hi Corrina, I have had panic attacks off and on for Alot of years. This book was recommended to me and it is the best for anxiety. It's Hope and Help for your Nerves written by Dr. Claire Weeks. Although this book was written many years ago her techniques are so similar to the video you described. Hopefully someone needing help will see this comment and seek this book. So glad to hear a success story and hear this technique worked so well for you. I to have been prescribed Prozac but have not taken it. I prefer to do it without medication as I've heard too many bad stories. Also this condition does run in families, my brother has delt with panic and anxiety as well. thanks for sharing your story!

Life's Little Thingz Please pray for me. My story is similar to yours and I been aware my fears are irrational but still have not conquered the panic attacks yet. I'm not gonna give up but i do get discouraged especially now since I haven't flown in 2 yrs not because a fear of planes but panic attacks on them. I flew over 30 times then suddenly I freaked out and just stopped. But I feel a breakthrough is near and I've gotten better but I refuse to deal with this all my life without a fight. God has answered my prayers before and I'm just waiting for this one because he has not given me the spirit of fear and I know I can overcome like you and so many others. I can be healed

Hello! Thank you for reaching out to me. I will be praying for you. I was just like you, and didn't want to go through life missing out on things because of my panic attacks. I was scared when I flew on a plane, that I might have a panic attack on the plane but I faced that fear and over came. Answer me this, what do you think will happen if you have a panic attack on the plane? Nothing will happen to you. You won't faint, you won't have a heart attack, you will just sit there, reading a book or magazine and get to your destination. It really is a mind over matter situation. It's tough but very doable. I say all of this from experience. I know EXACTLY what you are going through. If you want to, you can write me through my email lifeslittlethingz@yahoo.com. Maybe I can help you or just be here to listen. :-) You are in my prayers. God Bless

I’ve had agoraphobia since I was 15, almost 40 now. I’ve been on so many meds. Effoexor worked for a while, but like she said, the weight gain was horrific, Lexipro did the same, and I just felt numb and no libido on them also. Coming off of Effexor took months and was the worse. Brain zaps and dizziness. I’ve always felt the meds were just like a heavy curtain, where the anxiety was still playing behind it.

Thanks for sharing this! I had a friend who thought she was having a heart attack while she was on a walk with a friend at the park. Turns out it was a panic attack. I felt so bad for her! I have several relatives who struggle with anxiety. My mom is always saying, "If you lived closer, I would help you with ______" We moved 20 minutes away. Now she says, "If you lived across the street, I would help you with ______." The truth is, she gets anxiety when away from home. My sister got really frustrated with her after having her babies because my mom would offer for her to come over, but what she wanted was help in her home. I never had any expectations that she would come over and spend much time because I know how she is. My sister's mother-in-law would come over and spend the night to help with the babies. We never had anyone do that and then by the time we had Sabrina, we had older kids to help. My mom did push herself to come over a handful of times, like when I broke my foot when my boys were little.

That's sad that your mom struggles with anxiety. It's a hard thing to deal with. And your friend thinking she was having a heart attack....I did the same thing. After an 'episode' you feel so sick and weak. I hated going through it. I still have times that I have to come up against anxiety, but no where near what it used to be.

Hello! I am so glad that you came across my video. I can relate to what you are saying, I've been there. I had to face it, head on. It's like a monster trying to take you over. It is fear, fear of something. You are afraid of something. When an episode starts, breath deep, focus and ask yourself "What am I afraid of, right now, at this moment, what am I afraid of?" Because there is nothing wrong with you. You have to convince yourself of that. There is nothing that is going to happen. Nothing. You are normal and everything is alright. If you keep facing the episodes like that, they will eventually stop and go away. I hope this helps you. If you have anymore to share, please feel free. :-) You CAN do this. I am sending you BIG HUGS!!

Things will get better I promise. I just went through the same thing, I took medicine for it and it made me feel weird, so I did not and still will not take medicine, still everyday I have anxiety but my panic attacks have slowly been going away with lots of self work... I have been alone through this whole thing because my family doesn't understand why im being like this. The anxiety guy's videos on KZbin are what has been getting me through day by day, and i definitely feel myself getting better and better, yes there are bad days and i feel like everything is going back to the way it used to, but you just have to pick yourself back up and keep trying and pushing yourself. This is so crazy.... I no word of a lie was watching this upload on January 3rd of this year. It was in the later afternoon. My mum called me and I paused the video (it was probably half way through)? She told me that the ambulance was working on my dad and that he had a coughing fit and stopped breathing. Dad passed that afternoon, they were unable to revive him. It was unexpected and a shock to us all. We later found out he had heart disease and severely blocked arteries. He was only 58. I just found your video again after all these months and I feel like I was supposed to be watching it at that time as I am going through simlular issues now. I already had bad anxiety at the time of first watching your upload but it got so much worse after dads passing. I am doing a bit better now (although still have triggers and havent been able to work). I still have fears of dying or having heart issues. My most persistent symptom is dizziness and lightheadedness. Thank you for you upload ❤

I know this is an old post but that is a great story! Yeah I had an intense experience coming out of. PTSD - long story - and the doctors, therapists wanted to put me on antidepressants. The pressure was a bit intense. I read about those things and they looked to be super addictive! I did everything I could to keep myself buoyant as I was swimming in sensation with the PTSD experience (a lot of slow breathing, meditation, praying, acupuncture, exercise - I was coming out of a life-long condition). Anyway, if you ever see this, thanks for sharing. Paxil sounds particularly bad!

I'm so glad I decided to look back into your older videos 💗 I don't have health insurance. So, unless I break a bone or get pregnant 😅😂 I'm not going to the doctor. Cause we just cannot afford that. I do have pretty severe anxiety and depression. As a teen, my depression was AWFUL. It's a struggle now only sometimes. My best guess is that... I feel like when I went from having no purpose, to being a wife and mamma, I am happy most of the time now, but at the same time that I am happy I am so worried, and SO ANXIOUS. And SO AFRAID. I never had friends or close family. And even now I have 2 friends but they live far away. I have such bad people skills and social anxiety because I have low experience! I don't know what to say and do because I've literally just had fewer conversations and experiences than most people. And on top of that I don't really fit in with people my age at all. I'm 25, but the things that I value and prioritize I think are more like typical 50+ year olds. My husband is just the opposite of me. He is a big kid. He's very currant with culture and he's confident and very friendly. He has helped me to grow and build myself up SO MUCH. 5 years ago, I couldn't walk into a Wal-Mart without bawling and I'd get blurry vision and couldn't hear. But he would just lead me holding me up by my elbow and we'd walk through the store. Now, if I go alone to Wal-Mart I can get blurred vision and start to feel bad, I might not be able to find what I came for, but I can at least safely find a few things and get done and back to the car. I could give so many examples... I must be afraid of MANY things. I think the core of it all might be that I am hurting more than helping. Like I take up so much space and time....? I don't know. Like the people at Wal-Mart have to walk more slowly cause I'm walking slowly cause I can't see very well. Or someone will ask me what they would consider a simple question, but I don't have a clue. I've never heard half of the words they just said 😆😅 I don't know. But I do know that I don't believe medication that will effect my brain will solve a problem that I believe is with my soul or my whole self, past, present, and future is connected to these problems. And if it were a think your way through it problem, I could do that. But I think it's a feel your way through it problem and I don't know how to go from feeling anxious or depressed -to feeling better without outside help. Thanks for your time anyone who might read this 💗 I don't know if I make any sense. But I thought I'd try to share some of my experience. I get

You'll see a difference in no time because it is a mind over matter thing and you can control it. I used to do the same thing in stores. My ears would buzz, I'd get light headed and I couldn't focus or get to the car fast enough. It all goes with fear, anxiety and panic. This information will benefit many others. In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, at office, sitting in a park, when reading, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes. Senior Counsellor.

I really like your vedio. I am stuck, it's about 4 years now these demons creep into body. My triggers: Travel at first no matter what kind of convince from bike to bus etc.. Before sleeping at night Sitting among new people as if they may judge me with abnormal breathing Some time I don't know from where these anxious demons creep into the body. Symbtoms: Choking feeling in chest Chest tightness with surge of adrenaline I guess bringing inflammation and muscle tightness Near to or exact panic attack. I hate medications, still take for some time which help to lower anxiety scale but I want to fix this without medication. But this really confuse me how come we breath deep enough while we are already anxious in certain situations for me travel is the top trigger now, it lead me to a state where I feel like my chest cavity is fully closed, I can't breath and it after sometime I can take a breath... 😐😞
@LifesLittleThingz
@LifesLittleThingz 3 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. When I say to breath deeply and close your eyes and focus on your breathing, relaxing your shoulders, doing this will help you to calm down in the moment of panic. When we feel ourselves getting that awful panic feeling, we tense our body, which is fighting the attack. If you let go, breath but don't breath too hard. It's like a meditation breathing. First take a deep breath, release your breath to relax yourself. I know it all seems too easy but just apply these steps and the panic feeling goes away. It melts away. Tell yourself, there's nothing wrong, because there isn't. You are perfectly fine. And keep applying these steps every time you feel that panic feeling. You have social anxiety too. I had that too. Crowds made me panicky or being outside of my home made me panicky. Just close your eyes, breath, relax, tell yourself there's nothing wrong with you, everything is good. The panic will melt away.

Even on days that I feel anxious, I don't have the panic/anxiety attacks. They're gone. I made this video because I felt that if I could overcome panic/anxiety attacks, anyone could. I used to be a shy and socially anxious kid. My skill was being invisible to people and I was pretty good at that. I wanted to connect to others but did not know how. People would make fun of me and I would hide at home playing video games. This went on for years. Deep inside I knew something was not right but I was afraid to face my insecurities and they just kept piling up. The more I tried to run away from these the bigger they got. At one point it got so bad that I knew something had to change. So I did research. I found out that there were other people, who used to be in a similar situation that I used to be in and they were able to overcome it. I followed their advice but kept sliding back into old patterns. The turning point was when I decided to get coached. Then the real change began. Everyday I was challenged to do three things outside my comfort zone. They got bigger as time progressed and something interesting happened. Firstly I found that the more I faced my fears the less they had control over me. I realized that the fears were actually not as bad as I had intended in the beginning. Something else happened. People respected me the more I respected myself. I exercised on a regular basis, took up a meditation practice and ate better quality foods. My life has taken a 360 degree turn and now looking back I am so grateful for how things have unfolded. Now to anybody reading this, I´d like to discover what your struggles are. How is this impacting your life?

Brian Boiles I didn’t have stomach issues but it is amazing what anxiety causes. It would definitely be worth a try to get rid of your stomach issues.

I am 27 years old, was just told my cholesterol was high, my insulin was high. But i have recently just started having panic attacks I’m not sure why. I was driving to work one morning and my back was hurting where my lungs would be and as i took deep breaths my back would hurt and i just had a panic attack thinking my lungs were collapsing and then my heart was pumping like crazy and i ended up going to the ER thinking i was having a heart attack, they told me my oxygen was great my heart was in rhythm i was just having a panic attack… Anyways ever since then I have been feeling like I’m on the verge of having a panic attack, my jaw stays clenched my chest and shoulders are tight, I’m in fear of having another panic attack, I’m also afraid to take the meds the dr prescribed. Did you ever go through that? What can I do day to day so I’m not obsessing over having another panic attack?

Yes, I've been there! I know exactly what you're going through. I'm sorry you're going through this. To get over panic, you must face it. Panic is caused by fear. Every time you feel panic, relax, breath and tell yourself that everything is ok. Tell yourself there's nothing wrong with you. Over and over again, until you feel the panic go away. Keep applying this method and eventually you won't have panic attacks anymore.

What do I do when I wake up all of a sudden with panic/anxiety?
@LifesLittleThingz
@LifesLittleThingz 6 жыл бұрын
The best thing to do is just lay there and control your breathing. Panic/Anxiety comes from fear. When you wake up with it, you want to jump up out of bed and run to try and get away from it. Don't move, just breath. And ask yourself, What am I afraid of? Be honest with yourself. And then tell yourself, even if you have to say it out loud, There is NOTHING that can hurt me...There is NOTHING wrong with me....I'm ok...Nothing can harm me. Once you face the fear, Panic/Anxiety, they will start to go away and you will have fewer and fewer episodes with it, but you have to face it (every time it happens) and convince yourself that there is nothing wrong, that you are perfectly fine. I hope this helps you get a good nights rest. Big HUGS!!

Louanna Chase It is hard at first but once you keep applying it, you will find that it gets easier and easier. I was terrified, meeting it head on at first. But it becomes easy the more you apply it and before you know it, your doing it without even thinking about it and the anxiety gets less and less. I hope this helps. Sending you hugs 🤗

Once I figured out how to apply it, it took me 3 to 4 months but everyone will be different. I had to completely let anxiety go and eventually I realized I wasn't having the attacks anymore. I hope this helps!

@@LifesLittleThingz oh ok thank u! So it is treatable then? I read somewhere they never are completely cured but u can “manage” but I guess it’s fake right?? Because u were able to overcome it completely? Let me know and thank u for replying !!

@@nahidahalabi7263 It's most definitely curable! There are days and moments that cause anxiety but I don't have attacks anymore. I don't get light headed or shaky with them. They are gone and they are definitely controllable. There will be a day, after you've applied the steps, that you'll realize you don't have them anymore. Your free! It's so great!

John Blaze Not at all. I was on a form of Prozac but it wasn’t fixing the problem for me. I was on Xanax as well but was told it’s addicting. I knew there had to be something else out there that wasn’t a medication. I’m so glad I found the information and applied it. 😊
