Here's a little insight to my experience with anxiety and panic attacks. I hope it helps you if you've ever suffered the same, especially if you're still in the midst of it!

Also, while I frequently say "you" throughout this video, I'm really speaking of my own experience-- obviously I can't speak for everyone. Our experiences in life are so beautifully varied, I'd love to hear about yours, too!
3:09 will skip you straight to the list of symptoms to better recognize panic attacks when they start, or you can do a quick search, read up, and arm yourself for the next bout. Knowledge is power!

for years , i struggled with such an illness, and the peak of the attacks was when i was working on one of the most stressful and controversial projects in my country Iran (the Natanz uranium enrichment complex). i left behind the nightmare moments. i constantly thought that the disease eventully ended up in death. it was only prescribed to me for me for Xanax because of lack of access to psychological couseling. and fortunatly during these few years this panic attacks did not come to me any more. sorry for my bad English

Your English is just fine, I understand you ;) I'm glad you at least had access to something that could help! Without psychological counseling and other ways of coping, panic attacks can make life so hard!

Even decaf has caffeine in it, and you're sensitive to caffeine as it is. It's well-known to exacerbate anxiety!

I know, but, but coffeeeeee!! That's what I mean about a "manageable" level of anxiety with the decaf. Somehow, green tea never affects me the same way. I don't get it!
