How do you stop on the NEO out side Alarm Siren strobe light from flashing ?

If your panic is set as a silent alarm, the strobe wouldn't go off. If you want the siren to go off however and not the strobe, you'd need to connect the strobe to a PGM output and program it accordingly.

@@AlarmSystemStore thanks for the reply. I just bought a house and the outside strobe light is flashing, i want to turn off the strobe light. What are the steps to turn off/disable/reset the strobe light ?
