How do I obtain the entry for premium version of this dungeon? It says "special" but i cant tind it on npc's.

You'll have to buy that one from cash shop unfortunately. That, or use force gems to enter. If you're in EU/NA/BR then it's only a 1 time investment because if you complete the 1st run of the day you get a free entry mailed to you, which you can use the next day, and keep doing this indefinitely.

Can i ask an advice which is better a 2 slot weapon with 10% cdi or 2 slot with 7% amp please help me

Well, if that's a temporary weapon, then amp, or whichever is cheaper. They should be similar in power, though initially amp will dominate while your critical rate is low. But if you're looking for a weapon that will be used for a long time, get one with crit damage craft and purple grade, so 16+% in my opinion considering that you'll be getting amp from armor and so.
