Blader undoubtedly (unless you're going for ECA, then it's probably WA or FS). WI is the worst unless you have a few dozen billions to spend on gear.

Nope. Never tried, but I in almost every party I have to tank the last 3 bosses and I often die there if we can't kill them fast enough. So I wouldn't stand a chance alone without spamming POVs.
