Percy Before: Destroys the mainline trio or Thomas anytime they treat him badly Percy Now: Cries because Thomas is supposedly ignoring him or that Gordon or James said something demeaning to him relying on others to defend him (Henry no longer applying here because he despite once being one of the biggest jerks before talking rudely to anyone just because he hates everything or yelling at anyone for annoying him now screams at the dumbest stuff) Can’t blame Gordon for being annoyed at the end of the episode here, felt like him and Cranky were the most sane and least dumb ones here in the Brenner era-onwards who haven’t lost their sanity

Look, Percy’s one of my favorite characters in Thomas. But this episode does him as dirty as The Angry Birds Movie 2 did with Mighty Eagle (and both are installments associated with Ice and Snow, that also turn the characters in question (Percy and Mighty Eagle) into cowards, AND released around 2019). Only difference is I still like Percy despite Panicky Percy, I don’t like Mighty Eagle anymore because of TABM2.

Yes I remember him in that way too. But since HIT taking over in 2004 they flanderized poor Percy into the baby of the bunch with a low I.Q. and had him act too nice, too cheerful and, as this episode showcases too panicky 🤦‍♂️💚

Oh yes, this is by far my least favorite episode of the whole show - even worse than the Nitrogen era (which is already bad). It destroys Percy completely - yes I know avalanches are dangerous and something to worry about, but this honestly gave the wrong character. Heck, since Nia was a new character from Africa, why couldn't she be the main protagonist? Also, worst....crash....ever....of....Season 23!!!!!!

Bro this episode sucks harder than a Hoover vacuum cleaner. One thing that makes this episode worse for me is how grating Percy's voice is in both dubs. I really liked the new English VA's he got in S19 (especially the US voice), but after BWBA started, I think the voice direction changed because now I hate it. I have the same thing with Keith Wickham's Percy voice, it was actually pretty good in S17 and 18, but in the nitrogen era before it, it sounds how barbed wire probably feels to touch. I really loved the video, this episode is the worst of the entire show for me :)
