It is difficult to clean the burnt steel. We can boil the steel chhannis in 1/2 ltr of water with two tbsps of vinegar. The result would be better. No scrubbing required after that. Also, the vinegar water can be used to clear of any salt deposits in any water boiling container, ie idly cooker. The vinegar water can be poured into the idly cooker and should be brought to boil. Leave the vinegar water in the cooker for 1/2 hour & all the salt deposits would vanish.

Main jab shadi karke aayi thi tab Maine meri saas ko dekha tha ye nuska use karte waqt. Usako 17 saal hogaye. Per abhi wo ye nuska use nahi karti. Kyunki main tea filter karne ke baad turant wash karti hu. Tea filter karne ke baad waise hi chaipatti rakha to aisi halat hoti hai. Turant dho dalo 😊

One more way is , take cooking soda& lemon juice and make a paste. Apply it all over channi. Keep it overnight. Take a tooth brush and scrub it well and wash it

Simplest way to clean:take a pan, add some water and any dishwash soap or liquid. Put sieve in it and let the water boil. Keep in stove for 5 min on low heat. Then scrub it lightly with scrubber. It will b clean like new one😍
