Recipe :
Garlic Potato Pops
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
2cup parboiled potatoes (grated)
2 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
¼ cup corn starch
1 tbsp water
¼ cup refined flour, for dusting
Oil to fry
Method:
In a bowl, mix together grated potatoes, garlic, chili flakes, salt, pepper powder, corn starch.
Add water, if required, to bind together as a dough.
Make small marble sized balls and dust it with flour.
Heat oil in a pan. Add few pops at one time to medium hot oil and fry till golden.
Serve immediately with ketchup or chutney.

When frozen bites are fried, it remains cold from inside (frying in low flame) but completely cooked from outside. If it is cooked for some more time then, it tastes bitter. Pls provide your expertise how this issue to be resolved
