Ingredients for Panner Butter Masala :-
Panner - 200grm
Oil - 50ml
Onion - 3 Medium size
Green chilli - 2
Tomato - 3 Medium size
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 tablespoon
Corinder leaves - Few
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Corinder powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 3/4 tablespoon
Cashew nuts - 10
Water - 50ml

Things to be noted .. 1. Cook well 2. Use unsalted cooking butter instead of normal amul butter(theriyama normal amul pottu uppu jasthi ayuruchu) 3. Uppu or karam jasthi achuna add bit of sugar and tomato sauce . 4. If u need accurate result of paneer butter masala .. it's recommended to use kasuri methi . 5. Most important point .. full dish um sim le vechu pnnuga .. u will get perfect result . 6. Garam masala konjom kammi ah podunga or add as shown by Jaffar bhai . 7. Add 2 piece of elachi with cashew .. aroma spr ah irukum dish odathu. . 8. Use malai paneer if not normal paneer .. methuva kindunga .. vegama kinduna paneer mash ayurum (anubavam)😰

Beautiful preperation brother. One advice would like to share, if you soak paneer in warm salt water before adding to gravy. Then paneer will be soft and masala will soak into paneer. Thanks bhai 💗
