This is obviously a fantastic job (the whole thing, and man the chaos unleashed by the drums and guitar at the end gave me chills). Still I want to have a special word for the singer, especially regarding a mean comment I saw. He is technically incredible and did an awesome job throughout. Singers have it the worst in these situations because the voice is such a unique thing in a person, even if you stick to the orginal interpretation 100% and copy all of the original singer's mannerisms, you will never sound as close as an instrument might. I'm not saying you should do that, but anything that drifts away from the original song that's engraved in our minds is going to make some people, who don't realize the level of quality behind it, get to comment section with bazookas. In his case, I think the pronunciation didn't help. The foreign accent is very noticeable, and that's just something for him to work on, and continue his very talented journey on. But as far as the rest is concerned, he did absolutely stellar, kudos to him and to the whole band.

It was recorded back in 2018, yes, and I also started the series with 'As I Am' on the exact date of the 15th anniversary. Unfortunately collabs like that take way too long to finish, as they require an incredible amount of work, which can't really be a priority for us because none of us is getting paid for it. How can this be a 15th anniversary when the album came out in 2003? Also your singer needs to work on his lower register plus delivery. He absolutely sucked until the chorus and the verse 2 right after, he knocked it out of the park.

The tribute started in 2018 when I uploaded 'As I Am', but it took a long time to finish. These kinds of collabs are A LOT of work, and that takes time, especially if it's not your full-time job.

Fantastic cover ruined by the vocals. Not as much as the dude' singing capabilities, it's just his vocal timbre that doesn't fit AT ALL. It's like if a r'n'b singer was trying to sing rather than a metal vocalist. The thick accent doesn't help neither lol (and this comes from another italian like this singer is).
