This is the Metallica pop mainstream black album forward crowd. Metallica draws a radio friendly mainstream rock concert crowd, no pits just maybe a little fist pump from the wall street yuppies that make up most of the audience. Pantera headline shows are packing 20k a night, with insane mosh pits, not sure why they are doing this , maybe they didn't realize how big of a draw this reunion was gonna be! 30k in Hershey tonight for Pantera!

Yeah I'm not a Metallica fan. It's very one-dimensional compared to the vast influences Phil and Dimebag put toward Pantera. Combining Slayer, KISS, and The Smiths, I mean come on. Metallica even made an entire documentary pointing to the fact they were creatively bankrupt. They capitalize on their image. Pantera is very unique and I'm hoping there's a Detroit headline date ASAP
