So much fun! Can't wait to someday have my own! SO LOW! Thanks for doing a nine-ply version; it will come in handy at 235lbs!

did you end up giving it a shot?

@@PantheonLongboards Not yet! But it's still on the top of my wish list. I'm thinking in selling some of my lesser used longboards and replacing them with one Trip... Making life easier, minimalist style.

Just picked up a 7ply Trip and mounted them with Abec 11 flywheels 83mm and 154mm gunmetals rkp. Really excited to try it!

I was wondering if you had any advice for learning how to do a little slide on my Pantheon Trip (I also just ordered the Pranayama today, so curious if you have advice there either). Anything helps- whether it is type of wheel, truck tightness, beginner skills, etc. I have been learning how to ride goofy and regular, but I'm not actually trying to get that crazy- I just want to shed some speed. PS. The Trip brought back my joy for riding as I'm starting to catch up with my age, and I could not be more thankful :)

Love my Trip and Poppys set up. Stock bushings are a little stiff though. Do you happen to know what bushings you run with the Poppys? Getting into specifics, I know, but bushings are expensive to buy and do trial and error with - thanks!

What’s your setup? Do you have Paris 150mm and what size of wheels?

Dang, is there anywhere that actually has one of your boards in stock? Everywhere I’ve looked have been out

Recommended truck size for this exact board?
@PantheonLongboards5 жыл бұрын
Boats N Hoes 150mm Paris RKP. Nothing beats it until you’re rocking Precision trucks like DontTrip Poppys. You’d want the 152-170mm set in that case, set at 152mm (depending a little on wheel choice) and likely at 55/20 degree. Our stock setup is Paris 150mm RKP and it’s tough to top those feels!

Would a 110mm wheels fit this bad boy using the trucks it came with?
@PantheonLongboards5 жыл бұрын
No. You will have to try larger wheels with TKP trucks. My guess is 159 or 169mm would be ideal!

Are those Don't Trip Poppies?

Goodman 4525 I’m pretty sure they are.
@PantheonLongboards5 жыл бұрын
Yes they are! I have ridden this with Paris 150s a bunch too. I like the Paris for lower speeds, but we did a race where the top speed was about 35mph, and it was nice having that 20 degree rear on a fairly thing mountain path. They've been stuck on my board ever since.

What size wheels are you using ?
@PantheonLongboards4 жыл бұрын
For the video we are running 75mm Otang InHeats but have grown to really prefer the 85mm size of Speed Vents, or you can ride Caguamas if you bump the trucks up to 165mm
@Iuzez6 жыл бұрын
Can you put larger wheels on those ?
@PantheonLongboards6 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. We sell it often with 85mm Speed Vents. With stock Paris bushings on 150mm it will bite just barely, so we recommend a bushing swap if that’s a concern for you. We’ve ridden the stocks with great success though. Also, you can run with Paris 180s like any other board no problem, but still, we prefer the board thin for more ergonomic pushing and enhanced grip.
@PantheonLongboards6 жыл бұрын
we usually run it with 85mm Speed Vents. The InHeats (in video) are a little bit grippier and slide a little bit nicer, but the roll speed on the Vents is unmatched!

@@PantheonLongboards I am interested in buying the Pantheon Trip V2. Could you recommend some 160mm and above trucks to use with them? I play to use wheels from 80mm and above.
