Thank you Laura🌻 God has been with me every step of the way- I look to him to guide me on this journey and he has not steered me wrong. Throughout my life my faith has been challenged but he has remained by my side through it all. I’m so grateful to be one of Gods children. This whole job hunt and moving ordeal has been so utterly stressful for me- I’ve been sick with anxiety. But it’s eased up these last few days with a lot of prayer visualizations of him taking in what I cannot right now. Sometimes there are only one set of footprints in the sand…grateful for his strength to carry me when I can’t carry myself. May he bless you too🌻🌻🌻

@ God loves His children so very much and wants us to trust and rest in Him. I understand the anxiety battle. Prayer and trusting that God is who He says He is has helped me a lot, too. It’s easy to get distracted and next thing we know, we’re looking around instead of up. I’m glad that you’re letting Him carry you when you’re exhausted. Strong people want to be strong all the time, but sometimes it takes more courage to rest in Him. I know you know! 😘

You can also add water or broth and make vegetable broth with those powdered veggies. Also, when I vacuum seal powder, I cut a coffee filter to fit in the jar on top of the powder, so no powder gets sucked up into my vacuum hose. It probably could ruin your vacuum sealer if that happened.

Mmmm tator cakes. I love all things potatoes. Lol I put sweet relish, mayo, onion powder, garlic powder in my tuna fish for sammiches or tuna melts with the cheese. We're about out of blueberries from last year's picking and I can't wait for blueberry picking season. Those muffins looks yummy and I think putting sourcream or plain greek yogurt in baked goods is delicious. Makes them super moist. We also boiled 10.5 gallons of maple syrup last year and we ran out and had to go to our friends to buy more 😮. My husband wasn't happy. Baahahahhahaha. Sorry dude, I use it for everything. It's almost time to start boiling here again but i kinda hope winter holds on a little longer so we can get more inside work done. I think this pantry challenge is a good idea. Helps us use up that older stuff and I'm guilty of letting things sit on the shelf. I've got canned goods that we canned year's ago and I really should use them up. We really only ever buy dairy products and fruits from the store. Buying diary alone makes me cringe because it costs so flippin much. Thankfully our local farmer's don't overcharge for fresh milk.

In my house we call those potato cakes. I make them also with my leftover mashed potatoes. I try to think of things to repurpose the leftovers so we aren’t eating the same thing. I have yet to learn how to cook only for 2 people after cooking for my family that ate like no tomorrow. Have a wonderful day

I really should have added some plain flour to help them stick together better. They are yummy!! We have them savory but have also made the potatoes plain and made them sweet!

We are still getting a 3 bedroom…. It’s smaller and the garage is smaller. We are moving to a very expensive adventure town for Aaron to begin a new career. We had to go where he was hired- just so happens to be 3x the cost of where we are now. It’s been really stressful for me- I had hoped we could stay here or move back east but it’s not in the cards this year.
