CORRECTIONS: BACK CROTCH EXTENSION MUST BE 1/16 hips round - 2cm in the minute 5:16 is 20 cm from top or 1/12 hips round from crotch line upwards, I recommend the second option or measure from your waist to your hips on the side of your body.

Hi dear. Thanks for this video. The ankle, you said 1/4 hip plus 2.5cm. To me it looks bell bottom. Are you sure you didn't mean minus 2.5cm? Cos i believe it should be alimmer than the knee width. Thank s
