As the politicians has weaponised poverty, MOG have done the same with their congregation, using prosperity. I recently left the RCCG as a deacon because of many abnormal things, especially the imagery thing. I have gone back to the Anglican Church, where as a member I have access of the financial standing of the church and who is to be posted as a priest. Sir, we have to call out these excesses in the body of Christ, its called chastisement. However, we should do it constructively as you have said. God bless you

Oghenebruyokevwe. You've spoken very well. Christians were admonished to study to show themselves approved as workmen who need not be ashamed, but rightly dividing the word of truth. Unfortunately, the majority of Christians today are suffering from the deffect of ignorance. We worship our pastors, giving them the place of God in our lives. And to the pastors, instead of God to go higher while they go lower, they're hellbent on going higher at the expense of Christ. At the end of the day, the question to ask is, were they truly called or they came into the calling with the intention of making money and becoming gods of men?

Thank you Dr Apoki for your wisdom in this matter. Many people are looking for “saviors” not Jesus, once they discover the person they thought is their savior is not able/ ready/ willing, they start crying. Most church goers today are worshipping GOs & money. People need to start using their own brains, we are all responsible for our lives. Once money gets involved in anything, trust me, you must be extremely careful.

Sir, you spoke with an awesome wisdom. It's unfortunate that most people attending church are not christians. They are overwhelmed by the imagery of their daddy GO and so they're not intuned to the Spirit of God. I remember very well that in most of the SOLEMN ASSEMBLY coordinated by the RCCG GO, he has always downplayed himself and exalted the person of Jesus Christ. This attitude informed why he never allowed his picture being displayed on RCCG sign post..... In the area of not permitting outside preachers to preach on RCCG platform was largely due to the abuse most external preachers have exhibited on RCCG altars which contradicted the Mission's and biblical doctrines......

Isn't it in a real mess? 2) When are the likes of yourselves going to come to the realization that the elders of faith in Nigeria have failed an entire generation? 3) People are speaking up because they want things to change. The pulpits have been corrupted by lies, manipulation greed and self-centeredness not to forget to mention the policy of mass ordination of the uncalled in many of the Nigerian churches!. 4) Since when has the gospel become a franchise? 5) Would you say that the majority of the Nigerian churches are serving Jehovah or Mammon ? 6) Do you expect people to remain silent in face of such corrupt and spiritual decay? 7) What has Pentecostalism brought to Nigeria in the last 40 years? Has it raised a holy nation for God? I come in peace!

Sir, I bless God for your wisdom and I pray the Almighty God reward you in Jesus name. Much as almost everything you said was in order and right, however, there's an area of great concern. This is the point you described those complaining or calling out the men of God in question as attempting to destroy a "structure" or system that once beneffited them which is akin to a case of a jilted lover. Sir, with due respect, i disagree with you on this analogy for the following reasons: First, you cannot beat a child and expect the child not to cry. These GOs cannot cheat or maltreat the sheep under their care and expect such sheep not to bleat! In actual fact Yeshua (Jesus) did not mince word when he warned in Matt.18:6 that anyone who causes any of these little ones to stumble (baby chritians) is better thrown into the depth of the sea with a big stone around his neck! It is this wicked ways of ministers that was reported in Rom 2:24 that it was because of people like these (our GOs and Bishop) that make gentles speak evil of the name of God and not the disgruntled members who are victims of their wickdness. Sir, the problem is with the cause/aggressors (pastors) and not the efffect/ aggreived. In same vein, i do not believe the critics or victims of our pastors' misdeeds are capable of destroying the works of God perhaps that's what you meant by structure because Christ in Matt. 16:18 already assured us that He would build His church (believers) and the gates of Hell will not prevail against it (us). Therefore, I want to say it not the reactions of victims of our pastors's ungodly behaviours that will drive others away from coming into the fold, rather it is the deeds of our fathers in the lord reflecting on thier members that will determine whether we win more souls or scare them away! Also recall there's no account of anyone who ran to Yeshua (Jesus) or the Apostles for help that went back worse than they were aside the unbroken rich young ruler who inquired about the kingdom. Therefore, when the shepherd begin to prey on their flock or sheep instead of praying for or protecting them from predators, then they deserve whatever backlash that come across their path. The only thing is not to insult or curse them. But it is order for the aggrieved to call these fathers of faith out for thier actrocites, lies, deception and shenanigans on the pulpit (like Apostle Paul did to Peter) lest more innocent people fall victims of thier hypocrsy, double standard, wickdness. Our elders say if a man that brought home faggot infested firewood should not complain when lizards begin to pay him a visit. I'm sure you'll agree with me that whatever a man soweth, that he shall reap. These GOs cannot be raising shallow minded and scripturally deficient believers and expect them to display the faith of Job in time of adversity when they lack the true knowledge of God to see them through; no thanks to these same men of God who deprived them of such direct relationship with God! To put it simply, they cannot be brainswashing their members and expect them to display strength and spiritual maturity or resilience during difficult time; no sir! Because you cannot give what you don't have. Thanks once again for display of godly wisdom Shallom!

Good talk sir. However, people that would follow Christ in truth will not be tolerated in those churches because they would be persecuted and labelled rebels just as they would label you for all you have said. Judgement will begin in the house of God. The antichrist isn't those that don't believe in Christ but those that purvey erroneous beliefs and mislead people about Christ. Greetings bro. In the name of Jesus Christ. Just a few observations. I really don't like it when the members of churches use the saying that "we are not perfect" when they are using it to justify so many things that are wrong with their conduct. It is offensive and promotes abuse and ease of consciences in wrong doing. I've never heard that statement used properly by church members. We should use it with regards to our sinners so as to free ourselves of our self-righteous attitudes in judging them to harshly but justify ourselves (church members)who should be doing far better. Secondly, the Bible never justifies our sins. The word of God encourages us however, to acknowledge and turn from them on the other hand. Lastly,I've listened to many of your videos and you keep saying that the church members don't think critically to which I agree but there is an insensitivity that comes with your tone. In churches members are abused, condemned criticized, openly insulted and many other disgusting psychological control mechanism when they even attempt to use the own critical faculties. They are even made to feel it is against faith to use their brains. If you want to have the right to address this topic brother you have to be fair and address the social and psychological pressures put upon church members to not only absent-mindedly conform but to blindly follow. God bless you dearly.❤
