I'm blessed to have such a dad. He's the best. When I PMS I get angry with little things & maybe I misbehave too. But he never scolds me. He brings me a hot water bag when I get cramps. The best thing is papa mummy k per dabate hai when she is on her periods. Love you dad♥ Thanx BLUSH for making me realize how awesome my father is. He's born in the 60s but still very modern.

point no.1 :- Avoid milk chocolates(milk chocolates doesn't mean white chocolate) prefer dark chocolates point no. 2 :- Never take coffee on your periods prefer ginger water(ie. boil some ginger in water and then take it) or green tea or herbal tea(dont forget to add ginger in it) i do take ginger water in the morning and tea in evening...dont exceed the limits ...only twice a day..
