Absolutely amazing. Give up every practice, keep quiet, make no effort, be as you are. Mind will not get this, no it will not. You are nothing perceivable or conceivable. You are formless. Give up and forget everything so you can forget you ever forgot.

Dearest Jayasara! It is clear that you are already so blessed. But what is the highest gift I can ask for you other than continued blessings to you for your highest desire, of Freedom that we are all here for. These gems are profound but your gift of sharing in the way that you do drives the message home ever so beautifully and naturally. Thank you!😍😍 So much love❤️🙏❤️

Such “Great-Full-Ness”!!! I had witnessed Shri Papaji in north India during the 90’s. was infectiously luminous to all who sought Him out. I happen to live in the town where Gangaji, one of his direct disciplines, currently has her center. Her Satsang now radiates with Papaji’s Light 💡. I am so grateful for your readings of “Wake Up And Roar”! 🙏🙏🙏🕉Thank you so much!

Venerable Jayasaraji- I am confused. As a beginner I need the dualistic tools or methods of an Object of Meditation like my breath or physical & mental vedanas, to bring about concentration and insight and only after much effort, diligence by these could I hope to reach an effortless state of non-duality. Whereas Papaji talks that we can just see the reality of "I AM" where NO EFFORT OR METHOD is required. Please kindly enlighten🙏
@SamaneriJayasara2 жыл бұрын
Hi Sangeeta, you are not confused - you are correct. You do need to use dualistic tools at the beginning - generally we all do. Papaji is pointing towards the Ultimate, non-dual state which in essence does not require effort or a method. This is true as well. It's a delicate balancing act of the middle path approach with the practice - knowing that some sort of effort is required in the beginning to steady the mind and allow thoughts which block awareness of the Reality to settle. Eventually the practice will become more and more effortless. However, in picking up any meditation object as a skillful means to support and deepen your practice, try to allow it to be easy, gentle and somewhat effortless. By this I mean, don't strain and struggle. The Buddha talked about right effort as needing to be like a finely tuned lute. If the strings are tuned too tight they will snap. If they are too loose they sound awful. Same with our practice - just attune to it in the right, balanced way. Keep going, keep practicing - try not to drown in concepts, ideas or even the methods or no-methods dogma/argument. Trust your heart and let that inner guide be your best Guru. You know what is right for you and only you can know it really. The Truth is already there laying dormant within you, so in this sense no effort is really required - just a reawakening to that. Sending much metta your way. 💜🌺🌍
