Ingredients for Karachi Halwa (Bombay Halwa)
(HINDI)
कॉर्नफ्लोर - १ कप (१२५ ग्राम​)
चीनी - २ कप (४०० ग्राम​)
देशी घी - १/२ कप​
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच​
फ़ूड कलर - २ चुटकी
तरबूज के बीज - १ चम्मच​
इलाइची पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
केवडा एसेंस - ४ से ५ बूंदें​
बदाम पिस्ता (कटे हुए)

Cornflour - 1 cup (125 gm)
Sugar - 2 cup (400 gm)
Desi Ghee - ½ cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Food Color - 2 pinch
Watermelon seeds - 1 table spoon
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Kewra essence - 4 to 5 drops
Almonds & Pistachios (chopped)
